Howard joined the firm in 2008 specialising in commercial and residential property.

His expertise covers a wide range of property transactions, both commercial and residential, relating to development sites, industrial units, shops, pubs, restaurants, offices, lease renewals and extensions, enfranchisement, and corporate support. In addition, Howard acts for clients advising and preparing wills and dealing with probate.

Howard has a particular expertise in negotiating and advising on potential ventures and property deals and prides himself on offering a pro-active and pragmatic approach at all times.

Howard joined the firm in 2008 specialising in commercial and residential property.

His expertise covers a wide range of property transactions, both commercial and residential, relating to development sites, industrial units, shops, pubs, restaurants, offices, lease renewals and extensions, enfranchisement, and corporate support. In addition, Howard acts for clients advising and preparing wills and dealing with probate.

Howard has a particular expertise in negotiating and advising on potential ventures and property deals and prides himself on offering a pro-active and pragmatic approach at all times.

He acts for a full range of clients including landlords, investors, lenders, occupational tenants, overseas nationals, corporates and high profile clients. Also, Howard has strong connections in India and with Indian lawyers (while he also qualified as an Israeli lawyer back in the 70’s although is no longer practicing there). He was also a Chair of the Kickstart Housing Association before its merger.
