Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Joseph worked at the Home Office for over 3 and half years.

Working as a Presenting Officer, he represented the Secretary of State for the Home Department in various types of immigration appeals ranging from applications made under the Points-Based System to claims for Asylum and under the European Convention of Human Rights.

Joseph’s invaluable experience from that position allows him to represent and assist clients effectively as he can provide them with useful knowledge using Home Office guidance and thought processes.

Joseph helps the immigration team to identify the best and most appropriate solution to their clients’ immigration matters, whilst always adopting a professional approach in doing so. Joseph is comfortable providing support to the Head of Immigration and working with the firm’s clients, whether this is in relation to an application for Indefinite Leave to Remain or for British Nationality or assisting businesses with applying for Sponsor Licences and advising them how to maintain their ongoing compliance with the Immigration Rules to minimise any issues with the Home Office.
