Upon qualification in 2004 she moved to Clintons Solicitors in order to specialise in family law and spent her following years as a family lawyer within the family department where she advised on the entire spectrum of family law matters. With over 11 years of experience she joined Statham Gill Davies at the start of 2016 to start up the family department.

Meme is highly experienced at settling disputes by way of negotiation as well as fighting her clients' corner before the court where necessary to do so.

Meme advises clients from all walks of life including high net worth individuals and those in the media spotlight. She advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and relationship breakdown and all issues arising therefrom, most notably financial settlements upon divorce/relationship breakdown. She also advises unmarried parents on the financial provision for children (acted for the father in the reported case of N v C (2013) EWHC 399 (fam)). Meme has a great deal of experience in private law children matters (contact, residence and specific issue disputes). She is also experienced at drafting and advising on pre and post nuptial agreements.

Meme is a member of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) and a trained collaborative lawyer, as well as an experienced negotiator.
