Sarah started her career working at the House of Commons, where she developed her interest in the law-making process before heading for private practice.

After training at Sheridans and then working in a West End property firm, she moved to Statham Gill Davies as a partner to set up the firm’s property and private client department. Sarah is experienced in a wide range of property matters - undertaking commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, new leases, lease renewals, assignments, surrenders, auctions and development work. She also deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing – encompassing buying, selling, lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, remortgages, transfers of equity, unregistered land and declarations of trust.

Sarah advises on wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney – assisting with tax-efficient planning and the administration of estates. Her clients range from private individuals to investors and institutions both in the UK and abroad – all are given the same high level of care and attention, no matter the size of the transaction.
